Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to return your item. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt/proof of purchase and order/reference number. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on OUTLET sale items. However, provided these items have not been customized, they may be returned for store credit.

Full priced items that have seasonal discounts applied to them such as Black Friday, Bank holiday discounts can still be returned & refunded. 


To start a return, please use the returns portal

 

 

 

HERE or drop an email to customerhelp@meeka.uk  with order number to start a return.   If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You have 7 working days there after to get the parcel back to us. We deduct a £2 processing fee for returns.

The original shipping fee will not be refunded & you will have to cover the shipping costs of returning the items to us. Please allow 7 working days for us to process the return.

We cannot guarantee receipt of all items sent to us, so we recommend you make use of a courier service which offers tracking so that you can claim a refund from them in the event that an item is not delivered. We take no responsibility for items not received without traceable proof of delivery.

Clearly mark 'returned goods' on the packaging for International returns to avoid potential taxes & customs duties.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged, like custom products (such as items with embroidery on them). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please follow the same process as outlined above under Returns.
