Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to return your item. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We do not accept any returns on embroidered items. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items. However, provided these items have not been customized, they may be returned for store credit.

Please note if you decide to return 1 item, the full price of the item will apply. 

For returning 100% of the order - store credit will apply*


To start a return, please use the returns portal to create a prepaid label that will be deducted from your refund

 

 

You have 5 working days there after to get the parcel back to us. 

You can always contact us for any return question at contact@meeka.uk.

The original shipping fee will not be refunded. Please allow 7 working days for us to process the return.

Please make note of the tracking number once sent. We take no responsibility for items not received without traceable proof of delivery.

Clearly mark 'returned goods' on the packaging for International returns to avoid potential taxes & customs duties.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged, like custom products (such as items with embroidery on them). 

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please follow the same process as outlined above under Returns. We will then provide a Free shipping code to purchase your correct size.
